Prisoners in a prison are unpredictable, so they will try to escape from the prison as soon as they kill another prisoner. The riots are very common in Prison Architect, so you have to try to prevent them from happening to adults.

The game provides you with security features such as cameras and detectors through which you can reduce the number of setbacks, but no matter how safe your own prison is always end up giving some problem or other both with the prisoners and with the facilities that must be properly maintained by you investing the little money generated by the penitentiary.
